CAMSHAFTS
Camshafts manufactured from a single block, ASPIRATION and EXHAUST for RSV1000 2004/05 available in 2 versions, ROAD or RACING.
Increasing the average power by around 3/4HP delivered after 8000rpm.For the correct use of the RACING model, considering the noticeable crisscross of diagrams, it is necessary to control the play between the aspiration valves and pistons.

VARIABLE HEIGHT AIR INTAKES - VELOCITY STACKS
Variable height cones for RSV1000 2004/05 made from a single block using a C.N. machine.
They operate pneumatically and their movement is controlled by an electronic control unit: their movement begins at the same time as the INTAKE FLAP controlled by the electronic control unit.
They are the best solution for those who want a sensible increase in torque and power at medium and low rpm (around 3/4HP) without losing performance at higher rpm. At present in this sector there is only one other similar system, that which is fitted to the MV F4 TAMBURINI.

SURFACE TREATMENTS
We apply thermal, galvanic and polishing treatments using special lacquers on the pistons, sockets, drive shafts, gear shifts, etc.
These treatments provide surface durability and decrease friction thereby increasing the mechanical yield.

INJECTORS
GP derived injectors with:

  • 8 radially disposed holes
  • 10° SPRAY angle
  • 5% higher performance

They go hand in hand with motor preparation offering a constantly higher performance compared to original components.

CONNECTING RODS
Reverse H connecting rods in pressed steel for a weight saving or around 200g per rod.

FLUXMETER
